Datafacta is a curated data series subscription service. We provide data, charts, articles, and downloadable historical CSVs across various topics. Token-based subscription pricing.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — one click in your account, no questions asked, no support call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.
Refunds: if you're unhappy with your first month of any subscription, email us within 30 days for a full refund. Token Pack purchases are refundable within 30 days as long as the tokens haven't been spent. After 30 days, we generally don't offer refunds — but if there's a clear billing error or service issue, contact us and we'll figure it out fairly.
Each data series has a token cost (2-5 tokens). Spending tokens unlocks the full historical CSV download for that series. Once unlocked, the series stays in your library — you can re-download anytime, including after canceling your subscription.
Subscriber tokens reset monthly and don't carry over. Token-pack tokens never expire.
You can use the data we provide for research, journalism, business analysis, presentations, blog posts, internal reports, and similar uses. You can include charts and data points in your own published work as long as you credit Datafacta as a secondary source (the primary source we cite remains the originating organization).
What you can't do: redistribute the raw CSV files we provide, resell the data, scrape our site, share your account credentials with others, or use the service to build a competing data product.
We do our best to keep data accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it. We're aggregating data from third-party sources — if those sources are wrong, we may be wrong too. We're not liable for decisions made based on data from this service. Always verify with the primary source for high-stakes use.
If you spot a data error, please report it through the contact form. We fix verified errors quickly.
We may add, modify, or remove data series over time. We'll notify subscribers if we remove a series they've unlocked. We may change pricing for new subscriptions, but pricing for existing subscriptions stays locked at what you signed up with for at least 12 months.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms — particularly for redistributing our data, scraping, or sharing credentials. Termination for cause is without refund.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the issue. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
